THINKING AHEAD

The new LOVT story, which will be told through the upcoming transformation of the site, will encompass more than just the former factory buildings on Rosenheimer Strasse. The measures will extend beyond the Medienplatz to the site of the former parking garage. Here, LOVT Vibe, a modern new office building with a lively first floor zone, will become the new eye-catcher in the heart of the Werksviertel and complete the LOVT area.

LOVT VIBE architecture

A variety of different uses and activities contribute to a lively new district. But it is not only the unusual mix of uses and flexibility that characterize the new LOVT VIBE building. The construction made of wood and efficiently used concrete also sets standards in terms of sustainability. Large, landscaped terraces provide places for lunch breaks or working outdoors. At the same time, these are positioned in such a way as to ensure an optimal supply of daylight to the workstations, giving the building its own distinctive identity.

FUTURE-ORIENTED INTERIOR DESIGN

The LOVT VIBE is designed to be flexible and quickly adaptable in order to be able to quickly accommodate future uses and adaptations by users inside. Sustainability also means thinking about spaces in a future-oriented way. Areas that currently serve as parking spaces can be adapted with little intervention and converted into gallery spaces or office areas, for example.

PLACE OF ENCOUNTER

The lively activity in the first floor zone with space for events or town hall meetings, retail and gastronomic offerings reflects the diversity of the Werksviertel and, especially in combination with the attractive art and cultural offerings of the LOVT area, creates an atmosphere that fosters creativity and a place for exchange and encounters for a living and working environment without compromise.

REACTIVE ARCHITECTURE

The unusual shape and the recesses of the façade on the upper floors are the result of a reaction, respect and cooperation with and towards the neighboring buildings. The result: a building with a strong character, an unmistakable appearance and optimized daylighting.
